What kind of results can I expect with the autoapply^™ resume submission service? Obviously, your individual results will vary greatly based upon your education, background, experiences, etc.  The trick is to get your resume in front of as many people as possible quickly.  See our guarantee statement later in the FAQ section.  While not scientific data, we have provided our results statistics to date obtained by Cab Consulting Group administered surveys and unsolicited feedback provided by our previous customers.

Based on the graph above, what is a "call  back", what is a "phone screen" or a "phone interview"?  These terms may not be used synonymously throughout the recruiting industry, but usually they typify the common terms.  "Call back" represents a call back from one or more recruiters to discuss openings, get more candidate information, etc.  A "phone screen" is still at the recruiter level of the hiring process.  Typically a recruiter will ask you numerous questions about your background, education, previous work experience, salary requirements, etc. to make sure he or she can place you.  A "phone interview" actually represents an interview by your potential new boss in a pharmaceutical or medical device company.  We do not currently track data for onsite interviews and actual hires.

When will my resume be seen by the pharmaceutical sales and medical sales recruiter?  Typically your resume will be sent to each of the recruiters in our database within minutes of your submission.  

I have a cover page / letter  and a resume.  How do I submit both?  Unfortunately, our servers will only allow one document to be uploaded per purchase of the autoapply service.  You will need to combine the two documents into one file before submitting.  

Will my style, fonts, spacing, etc. be preserved in the submission process?  Yes, the recruiters will see your resume and cover page exactly as it appears on your computer screen.

It says that Cab Consulting Group guarantees it's services.  What does this entail?  It is true that Cab Consulting Group guarantees it's flagship service, autoapply^™.  Unfortunately, due to the wide variance in individual backgrounds, education, and experience, we cannot guarantee that you will receive an interview or be hired through any of our partner recruiters.  Response to the autoapply^™ resume submission service may additionally vary depending on current jobs open throughout the country and in your region if you have indicated you are unwilling to relocate.  Cab Consulting Group will work with you to help you obtain the best results from our service.  If you are unhappy with the response you receive after we submit your resume, let us know within 30 days and we will gladly resend your resume free of charge. 

Once my resume is submitted to the pharmaceutical sales and medical sales recruiters, will I be retroactively considered for new job openings?  Cab Consulting Group keeps all resumes submitted through our autoapply^™  service for one year.  When individual recruiters contact us for specific regions or national openings, we will provide them with your resume again if they have openings for your specific area or geographical preference.

Will my information be shared with anyone else besides the recruiters? No, we adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality agreements, both with our payment processor, 2checkout.com, and with the Better Business Bureau.

I already work for the pharmaceutical or medical sales industry and am worried that my resume may be sent to my current employer.  Is there anyway to prevent this from occurring?  When you submit your resume, you will be asked for your current position / title and organization.  It is imperative that you include this information accurately to prevent recruiters from forwarding your resume to the company for which you already work.

I am a recruiter and am interested in subscribing to your service.  Is there a charge or will my information be sold?  No, there is never a fee, either upfront or at the time of hire for any recruiter which subscribes to our service.  Your informational will be held in the strictest of confidence in accordance with our privacy and confidentiality agreements between 2checkout and the Better Business Bureau.

I am a current pharmaceutical sales or medical sales representative and have people ask me about employment opportunities frequently.  How do I profit from referring them to Cab Consulting Group?  If you sign up as a partner with Cab Consulting Group, you will receive 25% of every sale of  autoapply^™ you refer to us.  You need to make sure you have a valid PayPal account as this is how we transfer your payment to you.  Additionally, it is imperative that you inform the persons you are referring that they must list you as the referring person so that your payment will be processed quickly and accurately.
